Some items in our store may be sold as pre-order items. Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be produced after the pre-order period ends.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Full Payment at Checkout
Pre-order items must be paid in full at checkout. The total amount, including the product price and shipping fee, will be charged when the order is placed.
2. Production After Pre-order Period
Production will begin after the pre-order period ends. The estimated shipping period is listed on each product page.
3. Estimated Shipping Period
Shipping periods are estimates and may change due to production schedules, inspection, packaging, customs, or logistics delays.
If we are unable to ship a pre-order item within the stated or estimated shipping period, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated shipping estimate when available.
For customers in the United States, if shipment is delayed beyond the stated or estimated shipping period, you may choose to agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped item(s) for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cancellation Policy
Pre-order cancellations are generally not accepted after the order is placed, as production quantities are based on confirmed orders.
If we are unable to produce or fulfill the item, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
For customers in the EU or UK, cancellation and withdrawal rights may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Pre-order Policy limits any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, legal guarantee, delivery, or product conformity rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Orders Containing Both In-stock and Pre-order Items
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together after all items in the order are ready.
If you would like in-stock items to ship earlier, please place a separate order.
6. Order Combination
We do not guarantee order combinations after checkout. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
7. Split Shipments
We reserve the right to split shipments when necessary due to parcel size, weight, destination restrictions, customs requirements, or logistics limitations.
8. Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Address changes must be requested before fulfillment begins.
We may announce an address confirmation deadline before shipping. We cannot guarantee address changes after that deadline.
9. Import Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
10. Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to receive the package, refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other required charges, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
If you do not want the package to be reshipped, refund eligibility will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Relationship with Other Policies
Returns, refunds, exchanges, delayed shipments, lost packages, and other shipping-related issues will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, this Pre-order Policy, and applicable law.
12. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Pre-order Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region of residence, including any non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, legal guarantee, delivery, or product conformity rights.
If any part of this Pre-order Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, those mandatory laws will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
